When you subscribe to MEDICALAI updates, KWP processes your email address, declared professional category or profile, language, sign-up source and page, and any UTM parameters present in the URL. The profile is declarative and is not verified.

MEDICALAI UPDATES SUBSCRIPTION

When you choose to receive MEDICALAI updates, your subscription is managed through a double opt-in process using Brevo, KWP’s technical service provider. Your email address, declared professional profile, language, sign-up source and page and, where present, UTM parameters are used to manage your subscription, understand interested audiences in aggregate, and measure the effectiveness of channels and campaigns. The profile is declarative information and is not verified. Processing is based on your consent. You may unsubscribe or withdraw your consent at any time using the link included in the emails or by writing to contact@medicalai.ai. Subscription data is retained until consent is withdrawn or you unsubscribe, subject to retaining only the information strictly necessary to demonstrate consent and comply with legal obligations.
