Separate from the free editorial website, the MEDICALAI application is under development. Its SYGEDAL engine is designed for research and contextualised analysis: clarifying the question, cross-referencing information that may lawfully be used, linking conclusions to sources, and making contradictions, limitations and unknowns visible.
The decision-maker retains control over the choice. The production and publication of MEDICALAI analyses remain under identifiable human responsibility.

The editorial website is designed to remain free to access, with articles, features, interviews and factual overviews of healthcare AI. Its optional public newsletter will offer a selection of content. Reading public content will not require a subscription to the application.
The MEDICALAI application is a distinct service designed for professionals and organizations. Depending on the subscription plan and access rights, it will combine tailored professional monitoring, research, and contextualized analyses via SYGEDAL. Analytical usage, along with the administrative and documentary compliance support option, are separate from the core subscription.
The website's public newsletter is distinct from the application's professional monitoring service. An alert alone does not trigger a paid analysis. The analyses are intended to inform human decision-making; they do not replace required medical, legal, or regulatory expertise, nor do they automatically certify compliance.

DEVELOPMENT
Two components, distinct stages of progress
The editorial website and its back office have been developed in private preproduction. The editorial website is expected to go live around the end of November 2026, after the user journeys and validations are completed. The MEDICALAI application and its SYGEDAL engine remain to be developed; this opening will not be the launch of the application.
The application is also designed to support the review of past decisions: a new study, an incident, an update to a tool, or a regulatory change may warrant a new analysis. The ultimate decision and the initiation of processing remain human.
The editorial website and the application share the same standard: sourced information, explicit limitations, and identifiable human accountability, without conflating their services or terms of access.
